• Technical assistance, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by fax and email.

• Live technical assistance from factory engineers by telephone during normal business hours.

• Emergency spare part replacement with expedited service.

Additional services are available at reasonable cost. These include:

• Spare parts availability for your machine for a minimum of ten years.

• Replacement of documention for all machines built within the last twenty years.

• Technical assistance for advanced training of personnel in customer facilities in any country.

• Factory refurbishment of components or entire machines.

THE PEOPLE OF HILTON INTERNATIONAL INDUSTRIES:

In 1992, Hilton became an Employee Owned small business and began a campaign to modernize this well established company. The entire machine product line was revised to incorporate the latest in technological advances including components to attain greater accuracy and higher speeds. New, proprietary software was developed by Hilton's engineers to compliment advancements in machine controllers. The capacitor tabs product line was revised with advanced techniques in production and quality control to ensure on time delivery of perfect components.

This modernization was complimented by the streamlining of marketing and sales that allows customers to deal directly with Hilton personnel. All technical and commercial questions are dealt with immediately. Even large differences in time due to international time zones can be handled swiftly, usually within a few hours.
